The Council may grant, refuse, revoke, or suspend a license without stating any reason. |

The Chief Licence Inspector has the power at any time to summarily suspend any licence for any period if the holder of the licence is convicted of any offence or has , in the opinion of the Inspector, been guilty of gross misconduct with respect to the licensed premises. |
